Emergency Services for water leaks and flooding

Inspection and Estimate/report
Once the initial emergency flood mitigation is completed, we'll start with an inspection to determine how much damage there is to the property, carefully inspecting the interior drywall, baseboards, flooring, cabinets, doors, furniture/contents, etc. We want to check the moisture content of these materials and also establish how far the moisture traveled throughout the home.
We then complete a detailed line by line estimate that will also include: detailed photos, detailed sketch drawings, engineered drawings or letters with recommendations (as needed), lab testing for any contaminated materials (as needed), remediation protocols (as needed). It is important to us that we compile a full report on your property that is comprehensive in nature.
Insurance
Waller has been working with insurance companies for 6 decades and we continue to assist our clients in working out agreements with insurance companies on property claims that are fair and comprehensive. We work hand in hand with your insurance company to come up with an estimate that can be agreed on by all parties. We also provide insurance companies with more than just an estimate. We provide detailed all encompassing reports that provide detailed information to your insurance company. At Waller we work with our clients and their insurance companies to work out an agreed upon scope and pricing - and because of that our clients are well taken care of by their insurance companies.
