What’s Involved in a Design-Build Project?
Here’s an overview that touches on the basic steps.
Residential Architectural Design-Build Process
Our design-build process is comprehensive:
- Initial meeting to discuss your ideas and vision
- Architectural design for your new home, addition, or remodel
- Review of architectural plans with you
- Once architectural plans are confirmed, we then work with you on your interior plans, including Kitchen and Bathrooms.
- Kitchen and Bathroom cabinet plans are created and reviewed.
- Once Kitchen and Bathroom plans are confirmed, our design team then works with you on your material selections, including:
- Exterior finishes (siding or stucco, doors, windows, paint, etc.)
- Interior finishes (cabinets/countertops, flooring, tile, trim, paint, doors, fixtures, etc.)
- Upon completion of the design and selection process, our construction team prepares a custom quote for your project. Our proposals are very comprehensive and detailed.
- At this point, the project is designed, estimated, and ready for construction.
