Bathroom Remodeling Process

Initial Meeting

We’ll meet with you and discuss your vision for your Bathroom remodel, including:

• Bathroom layout and size - many times our clients want to change the layout, expand the layout, etc
• Vanities, including obtaining your thoughts on your current design/look and what your goals are for your new design, style, color, etc.
• Countertops, flooring, plumbing, and lighting, reviewing what styles and features you may be looking for
• Shower and tub size and spacing - many of our clients want large open showers and free-standing soaker tubs
• Paint and other color choices
• Glass and mirrors - Beautiful glass enclosures and mirrors modernize Bathrooms and really open up your space
• We try to find out what you have now, what your needs are, what you like, what your style is, and what you are looking for - we love collaborating with our clients and finding out what is important to them as we go through the process

Design and Selection Process:

Once we have the initial information we need, our team goes to work by completing the following:

• Producing customized detailed CAD plans for your new Bathroom that provide you with floorplans and elevations of your new Bathroom
• Meeting with you at our beautiful design center showroom to then review the Bathroom design drawings
• At the same meeting (and follow up meetings as required), we also walk you through our showroom and collaborate with you to pick out your custom selections - including vanities, countertops, hardware,
• shower/tub tile, floor tile (or wood/LVT), lighting, plumbing, paint colors, and more.

Customizing your proposal:

Once we have your finished design and material selections in hand - we can then provide you with:

• A custom proposal that details all of the work we will complete for you - our proposals are very detailed and give you a very accurate description of what we are including for your project
• Accurate pricing based on the scope of work and selections made
• We meet with you to go over the proposal and also discuss ordering, permitting, preparation, scheduling, and overall time frames for your project - we want you to be as prepared as possible

The construction process: the big day is finally here - what should you expect?

• We believe it is essential for you to have a good management team in place for your project. As the bathroom remodeling job unfolds, you’ll work directly with a Waller project manager. This person will be your single point of contact from start to finish. If there’s something you want to add or anything you don’t understand, your project manager will be there to help.
• In-house crews - our clients tend to really like our in-house crews as we do self perform much of the work ourselves - including demolition/preparation, carpentry, cabinet installation, tile work, painting, and more. Not only do our field crews do a good job, they also assist in managing the project and they will always have your best interest at heart
• We will continuously work on your project and keep you updated along the way. Our construction management team, our in-house field crews, and our loyal and long standing subcontractors and suppliers work very well together - all working together to complete your project in a high quality manner in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
• When your bathroom remodel is complete, we’ll walk through the gorgeous new space with you, answering your questions and pointing out things that will be helpful for you to know.
• After the work is finished and our crew members have moved on to other projects, we’re still here for you. A phone call puts you in touch with a friendly in-house representative who can help with anything you need.
