In-house crews: our in-house crews provide quality craftsmanship in numerous areas, including: demolition, rough carpentry, millwork, trim work, cabinet installations, painting, tile, and flooring. Each one of our field crew members have many years experience and are loyal, hardworking, skilled individuals that you can count on. They are a critical part of our team and our success.

We also have a full-time commercial design team, whose services are provided free of charge for any office design-build or renovation project.

• Building Code considerations: In addition to designing a space that will meet your needs, we also have to make sure the space is designed to meet ADA codes, fire codes, and all other relevant building codes.
• Equipment needs: all restaurants require special attention when it comes to making sure kitchens are designed correctly for all equipment needs - and many other retail industries require their own specialty equipment as well.  Many times the plumbing and electrical is also especially designed for this equipment. We focus on these important aspects to make sure these areas that are so critical to your success are designed and built properly.

For a design-build, remodeling, renovation, or retail/restaurant addition project, our team will sit down with you and create a winning strategy. For all projects, our design team will ensure that everything you require is included in the completed space.

We’ll pull the permits and confirm that the plans meet city and state building codes.

During the course of the project, your project manager will keep you apprised of progress and be available to answer questions and address concerns. When the project is completed, we’ll arrange for the final inspection and then walk through the newly built or renovated spaces with your team leaders.
