For a design-build, remodeling, renovation, or expansion project, our team will sit down with your team and create a winning strategy. If it’s a new construction project, we’ll assist with site selection and assessment. For all projects, our design team will ensure that everything you require is included in the completed space.
We’ll pull the permits and confirm that the plans meet city and state building codes. If financing is required, we’ll show you some attractive options.
During the work, your project manager will keep you apprised of progress and be available to answer questions and address concerns. When the work is done, we’ll arrange for a third-party final inspection and then walk through the newly built or renovated spaces with your team leaders.
