Our team will meet with your team and learn about your needs in a new workspace. We’ll look at the current facility and begin planning the renovation. In the planning stage, you’ll have full access to our in-house design consultants, who can help with materials selection, colors, amenities, and special features for your project. There is no charge for these services.
We’ll go over timelines, required project personnel, and equipment acquisition. Waller will handle all the permitting. When the plan is in place, we’ll provide a cost estimate and agree on a timeline for completion.
