Hospitality Design and Planning
It begins with a meeting between your team and our team. You’ll tell us your vision, and we’ll begin working on efficient and cost-effective ways to make it happen. While a hotel or resort property should be visually appealing and comfortable, it should also be set up for profitability, so that’s one of our big focuses during the planning stage.
Our in-house design consultants can help you with materials selection, colors, special architectural touches, and more. In other words, we’ll make everything look beautiful and stunning. This design service is provided free of charge.
In preparation for the launch, we’ll handle the permitting and acquisition of materials, furnishings, and other items. We’ll assign an on-site project manager to oversee the work and the people doing it.
When everything’s in place and the plans are approved, we’ll give you a cost estimate and agree on a timeline for completion.
