The Buildout Process
We start by meeting with your team and understanding what you want to accomplish with your redesign project. We’ll go over the details and talk about budgeting and financing. When we have all the material and data we’ll need, we’ll provide a cost estimate and timeline for completion.
Part of the commercial buildout process is securing the necessary permitting and handling any issues that may arise with the property owner or leasing agent. We want to make sure that everything runs seamlessly once the project launches.
During the work, you’ll have a project manager who will be your key point of contact. This individual will be fully trained and qualified to oversee every aspect of the rebuilding work and manage all personnel involved in it.

Doing the Work
Our in-house teams perform the majority of services. If an outside professional is required for a unique aspect of the buildout, your project manager will oversee that work and be 100% accountable for it.
We complete all phases of building and construction in strict compliance with Florida State and local building code requirements.
Final Inspection
When the job is complete, we’ll schedule a third-party inspection and go over the report with you.
Final Walkthrough
This will be the first time your team sees the completed space or spaces as you walk through the areas with your project manager.
