We will complete your project in four steps:
Define Your Goals
We assist you in formulating an overall goal of what you want to achieve – determining the architectural style, the purpose for your space, budgeting goals, and more.
Scope & Budget Review
We provide a preliminary scope of work and a detailed budget for your review. This is very helpful to our clients as it gives you the critical information you need to make your decisions on a final plan.
Preparation & Construction
We provide design ideas and options on how to reduce cost while still capturing your overall design goals. With a few slight tweaks, we can often save our clients thousands of dollars while still providing the essential elements of the design.
Final Touch Up Work
Once the design work, budgeting, and scope have been completed, we can then provide you with a finished sales price, specifications, and final documentation.
