1. In-house financing available: We occasionally will offer in-house financing for our projects depending on the nature of the work we are completing. This is looked at on a case by case basis.

FHA 203K Construction Loan: Planning to buy a fixer-upper, or make improvements to your exiting home?  The FHA 203K loan may be your perfect home improvement loan.  We can set up a consultation for you to obtain more information on the FHA 203K Construction Loan which includes a program for the purchase of new home/repairs or Existing Home Repairs.

Additional Financing Options:  If the first two options above do not fit your needs, we can also set up consultations for you to find out about more programs that may be available to you.  We just need to know the nature of your project and what your goals and needs are – and we can take it from there.
