The Waller Group of Companies began as a vision of Robert J. Waller, Jr. in Lakeland, back in 1961. He wanted each project to be constructed perfectly in every sense of the word, and we have always strived for the same. “Doing it right the first time” remains one of the key elements in our vision for success. The early years – and the times in general – were tough. Yet with each year the company grew. Rober J. “Bob” Waller III and Tom Waller took over running the company in 1985. It was at that point that Waller started to expand into residential and commercial remodeling and insurance restoration. As time went by, Waller continued to expand its services into roofing, emergency services, and real estate and development services.
